Ice skating

Lærdal has a long tradition of ice skating and has its own 400- metre long track and a track for children, which is open from mid- November to mid- March depending on the weather.

Lærdal not only has an ice rink in the winter, but also perfect conditions for roller skating training in the summer on asphalted almost car-free roads outside the main road E-16 road. The road network is equally well suited for roller skiing. Along with great conditions for cycling and not least steep mountain hikes, Lærdal is very well suited for summer training camps for both skating and skiing.
