If you send an email/ request, it takes up to 48 hours to get a response. If you book online, you will receive confirmation immediately. If you book over phone, it must be confirmed by email afterwards.
Regarding accommodation during show days and other events, the prices are higher than normal to ensure that all guests going to shows and events get accommodation. If you are going to a show and want accommodation, enter this PROMOCODE: Stars23. Then you get a 20% discount on camping accommodation and a 10% discount on cabins, apartments or room accommodation. This of course assumes that you have booked a ticket or you book a ticket together with accommodation (in the list of extras).
