"Thank You for the Music - The ABBA Story", comes to Lærdal in a new format. The show where the classics we know, such as "Waterloo", "Mamma Mia", "Dancing Queen" and "Take a Chance On Me" meet ABBA's new additions to the song list, such as "Don't Shut Me Down" and "I Still Have Faith in You".
Over the course of two captivating hours, we relive the history of the iconic band. From their first steps into the spotlight, through triumphant successes, and some emotional lows.
As Agnetha and Anni-Frid, come Rachel Hiew and Corinne Townsend, and as Benny and Bjørn, come Jarek Jeziorowski and Jules Dodd. Together with their authenticity and talent, they bring the ABBA magic to life on stage ✨
Show producer Bernhard Kurz was awarded the "Best Producer" award for "Thank You for the Music - The ABBA Story" at the Real Awards ceremony in Las Vegas in 2020. The show has been performed thousands of times, with great success at Estrel Berlin, as well as a number of stages at home and abroad, such as Italy, Austria, England, Spain, Greece, the USA and Kuwait. In Norway, they have previously only been on stage at our Lærdal Showtheater.
